Police officer confronted after being nabbed smoking weed in the 'trenches' (video) A police officer has been confronted after being caught smoking weed in a low income area popularly described as 'trenches' and in his uniform. Ghana Police Service in a statement, identified the police officer as Sergeant Isaac Sowah Nii of the Accra Regional Police Command.
