In an occurrence that has left locals in Chinamhora shell- stunned, a 43- year- old man passed on subsequent to setting himself burning at his parents- in- law' s home.

The now deceased who goes by the name Abel Chivandire, of Ndoro town, under Chief Chinamhora, kicked the bucket at his parents- in- law' s home after his beautiful wife abandoned him over a homegrown dispute.

The Mashonaland East common police representative namely Inspector Simon Chazovachii affirmed the episode.

He said in case of errors and misunderstandings, individuals should look for direction and exhortation from confided elders, proficient instructors and even at closest police headquarters.

As per the police, on the 8th of January this year at around 8am, Chivandire visited his parents- in- law where his wife identified as a 38- year- old Isabel Mabiza had escaped to her family' s home after a homegrown issue

Chivandire, who purportedly had petrol at that time, is said to have blockaded himself inside a Blair latrine and set himself burning in the wake of neglecting to accommodate with his beautiful wife.

He kicked the bucket on the spot after townspeople were unable to drench the fire.

The Chinamhora police went to the scene and took the body to the Makumbe Hospital for a post moterm activity to take place.

According sources, the now deceased left behind his wife and three kids, two Boys and a girl. The wife later blamed himself for not accepting her husband' s apology before the incident happened.

" Yes, we had an issue, he was cheating on me with another woman despite having me as a wife, we have 2 boys and a girl together, but he chose to burn himself, I blame myself for everything. " Mabiza cried.
