Terribly shocking: How A 12 Years Old Boy Brutally R@ped An 8 Years Old Girl Until She Lands In The Hospital

Two teenage boys have been apprehended by the police for allegedly r@ping an 8- year- old girl in Northeast Delhi' s Shastri Park area. The victim has landed in the hospital as a result of the s€xual assault where she is battling for her life.

However, a notice has been issued by the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) where they seek details of the First Incident Report (FIR) and requested an audience with the suspects in the police custody.

According to the chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), Maliwal, Swati, who said, " Two boys have brutally r@ped an 8- year- old girl which caused her to be struggling with her life in ICU as a result of multiple wound inflicted on her v@gina during the s€xual assault. The people responsible for the predicament this innocent girl is going through are animals in human form. The most brutal judgment needs to be exalted on those responsible for the s€xual assault.

" In the notice issued, I have given the Delhi police an ultimatum of 2 days for them to provide a detailed of the FIR, detailed action- taken report in the case and the arrested suspects.

Investigations revealed that the 12- year- old suspect approached the victim who was playing alone in front of her house on Monday, 24th of January 2020 at about 2 pm and he deceitfully lured her to his house situated in the same neighborhood where he brutally r@ped her with his accomplice.

On returning to her house at about 4: 30 pm, the victim was groaning in pain, which prompted her mother to question and she narrated everything that had happened to her mother who quickly took her to the police station to report the matter.

The victim was summoned to the hospital for a medical check- up after being counseled by the Child Welfare Committee and the committee further registered the case under the Indian POSCO Act and Penal Code.

On the receipt of the complaint, the police swung into action thereby arresting the suspect. The police have launched an inquiry into the matter.

Based on the statement by the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), the details about the r@pe had been forwarded to the Commission via its Women Helpline Contact Number 181 on Monday, 24th of December 2022.

According to the information received by the Commission, it was revealed that the victim left her home while coming back to her house, she told her mother that her stomach is paining her and her v@gina was brutally wounded. Blood was gushing out of her v@gina.

As a result of the critical state of the victim, she was quickly taken to the government hospital where they quickly do surgery for her but her health was still critical and she has been retained in the ICU for continuous medication.
